Tumis bawang putih, bawang bombay sampai layu. Masukkan sosis dan wortel. Aduk sebentar dan masukkan saus tomat, saus cabai, saus tiram, dan garam. Aduk rata. &lt;br /&gt;   2. Tuangkan kaldu. Tumis bumbu halus, salam, serai sampai harum. Masukkan taoco. Masak sampai taoco matang. &lt;br /&gt;   2. Tambahkan ati, ampela, dan aduk sampai berubah warna. &lt;br /&gt;   3. Masukkan teri segar ke dalam kocokan telur, kemudian tuang dalam tepung berbumbu, aduk hingga rata. Diamkan sejenak, lalu goreng hingga berwarna kecoklatan. &lt;br /&gt; &lt;br /&gt;2. Panaskan 2 sdm minyak goreng, tumis semua bahan bumbu hingga harum baunya. Masukkan potongan cabai hijau dan cabai merah, aduk sebentar. Setelah mendidih, aduk sesekali sampai kaldu asat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;B)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;o 150 g daging dada ayam tanpa kulit dan lemak, potong dadu 1 cm&lt;br /&gt;o 2 jamur hioko, rendam sampai mekar, iris&lt;br /&gt;(atau 1 gelas jamur merang atau jamur kancing, iris)&lt;br /&gt;o 4 siung bawang putih, cincang&lt;br /&gt;o 1/2 cm jahe&lt;br /&gt;o 1 sdt minyak wijen, kalu suka&lt;br /&gt;o 1 sdm saus tiram&lt;br /&gt;o 2 sdm kecap manis&lt;br /&gt;o 1 gelas kaldu&lt;br /&gt;o merica&lt;br /&gt;o 1/4 sdt tongcai&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;C) Kuah untuk pelengkap&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;o 4 gelas kaldu ayam&lt;br /&gt;o 1 sdt tongcai&lt;br /&gt;o merica&lt;br /&gt;o 1/4 sdt gula&lt;br /&gt;o 200 gr daun selada panjang (siomak), potong 2&lt;br /&gt;o 2 batang daun bawang kecil&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Cara membuat :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Tumis bawang putih dan jahe sampai harum. Masukan ayam. Aduk&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan jamur, merica, kecap manis, dan saus tiram. Aduk.&lt;br /&gt;3. Masukkan kaldu dan tongcai. Didihkan sampai kuahnya tinggal separuh. &lt;br /&gt;Beri minyak wijen.&lt;br /&gt;4. Taruh daging ayam-jamur di dasar 4 mangkuk berikut kuahnya. Tutup dengan nasi aron. &lt;br /&gt;Ratakan.&lt;br /&gt;Kalu nasi aron dirasakn terlalu keras, tuang 1 - 2 sdm kaldu.&lt;br /&gt;5. Kukus selama 20 menit, dihitung sejak mendidih.&lt;br /&gt;6. Kuah untuk pelengkap : Didihkan kaldu, tambahkan merica, gula dan tongcai.&lt;br /&gt;7. Kalau akan dihidangkan, tangkupkan setiap mangkuk nasi tim di piring makan. &lt;br /&gt;Ketuk dasar mangkuk supaya nasi tim lepas. Angkat mangkuknya.&lt;br /&gt;8. Hidangkan dengan kuah yang sudah diberi daun bawang dan selada panjang.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Untuk 4 porsi&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;KALDU AYAM&lt;br /&gt;==========&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Bahan :&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;o 3 liter air&lt;br /&gt;o 1/4 sdt garam&lt;br /&gt;o merica&lt;br /&gt;o 500 gr atau lebih tulang dan ceker ayam yang sudah dibuang kukunya&lt;br /&gt;(Makin banyak makin gurih kaldunya)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight:bold;"&gt;Cara:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. Didihkan air dalam panci besar, lalu masukkan tulang, ceker dan garam.&lt;br /&gt;Kalau sudah mendidih kembali, kecilkan api. Didihkan tulang ayam 1/2 jam atau labih,&lt;br /&gt;sambil busa yang timbul dibuang.&lt;br /&gt;2. Untuk memperoleh kaldu yang tidak banyak lemak, buang lemak yang mengapung/membeku di permukaan ketika kaldu sudah dingin.&lt;br /&gt;3. Kaldu yang sudah dingin bisa disimpan dalam freezer dengan menaruhnya dalam kantung-kantung palstik.&lt;br /&gt;4. Untuk menghilangkan bau amis pada kaldu, cemplungkan 1 - 2 tangkai daun bawang dan seledri (atau daaun ketumbar kalau suka) kira-kira 5 menit sebelum api dipadamkan. Lalu singkirkan daun bawang seledri atau daun ketumbar. Mula-mula buat saus jahe. &lt;br /&gt;Rebus air, gula jawa dan jahe. Masak sampai mendidih dan kental. Angkat, saring.&lt;br /&gt;2. Tuang susu kedelai dan agar-agar ke dalam panci. Lalu, masak sambil diaduk.&lt;br /&gt;3. Setelah mendidih, masukkan 2 sdm saus jahe. Lalu, tuang ke loyang yang sudah dibasahi dengan air matang.&lt;br /&gt;Diamkan sampai puding menjadi padaat.&lt;br /&gt;4. Cuci udang, biarkan utuh, beri jeruk nipis dan garam, biarkan selama 10 menit&lt;br /&gt;2. Panaskan air, rebus udang hingga berubah warnaa dan matang. Angkat, tiriskan.&lt;br /&gt;3. Saus: Panaskan margarin, tumis bawang bombay hingga layu. Tambahkan irisan &lt;br /&gt;bawang putih. Tuang air kaldu, masak hingga mendidih.&lt;br /&gt;4. Tambahkan lada, garam dan saus tiram, aduk sebentar. &lt;br /&gt;Tambahkan tepung maizena yang sudah dicairkan,a duk cepat, angkat.&lt;br /&gt;5. Siram di atas udang rebus. Buat bubur sumsum. Ambil sebagian santan utk melarutkan tepung beras.&lt;br /&gt;Rebus santan, garam dan daun pandan.&lt;br /&gt;Masukkan tepung beras yang telah dilarutkan dengan sedikit santan, aduk rata&lt;br /&gt;sampai mendidih dan kental, angkat, sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;3. Ambil dauun pisang, paling bawah beri potongan pisang, tutuo dengan bubur sumsum, &lt;br /&gt;beri air gula merah dan atasnya taruh daging kelapa muda. Bungkus menyerupai bungkus &lt;br /&gt;botok, lalu kukus selama kurang lebih 15 menit, angkat.&lt;br /&gt;4. Tumis hati ayam dan wortel dengan mentega. Setelah sayur layu, angkat.&lt;br /&gt;2. Campur susu dan telur yang telah dikocok. Masukkan tumisan hati ayam dan makaroni, beri garam, merica, pala dan keju parut. Aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;3. Ambil pyrex atau mangkuk tahan panas, olesi mentega. Tuang adonan makaroni, &lt;br /&gt;lalu panggang dalam oven panas selama sekitar 30 menit, angkat.&lt;br /&gt;4.
